First Amendment Challenges in the Digital Age

Next week, the Stanford Law Review will be hosting a symposium entitled “First Amendment Challenges in the Digital Age,” and a panel will be devoted to discussing Marvin’s forthcoming article on First Amendment Architecture. In the meantime, Danielle Citron and the good folks at Concurring Opinions will be hosting a blogathon discussing the piece and issues it raises.
